Return, Refund & RTO Policy
Customers can request a return of a shipment before its actual delivery from the date of booking, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below.
Return to Origin (RTO)
Shipments that are undelivered due to reasons such as incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or failed delivery attempts will be treated as Return to Origin (RTO) shipments and sent back to the origin location.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Shipment delivered in damaged condition
- Incorrect shipment delivered
- Service failure attributable to the courier
Returns will not be accepted for delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, regulatory restrictions, or incorrect information provided by the sender.
Refund Policy
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after the returned shipment is received and verified.
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on the part of the courier.
Charges for Returns & RTO
Applicable return or RTO charges will be levied as per the agreed pricing plan.
Any additional handling or transportation charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.

- Payment and order history
- Charges and compensation details (if applicable)
